Pastor Craig DeBower is Associate Pastor of Victory Family Church and serves as the Director of Victory Bible Institute. Pastor Craig came to Victory after years of experience in both ministry and management. Pastor Craig and his wife Bea sensed the call of God on their life in 1988 when he resigned his position in senior management, and they attended RHEMA Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. While attending RHEMA, God impressed upon him to further his education in business by attending Oral Roberts University and then to go back into the secular world.
Pastor Craig and Bea have lived in many parts of the United States and briefly in the country of Bangladesh. In 1995, they began to travel and minister in conjunction with continuing his management and business responsibilities. For five years he also served part-time as an adjunct instructor in West Virginia at an extension campus of Life Christian University, from which he holds a Doctorate of Ministry in Theology.
Pastor Craig and Bea were led to attend Victory in June 2000, where they connected with the vision God had given Pastor John and Michelle. The DeBowers moved to Cranberry Township in June 2002 and in July 2004, Pastor Craig accepted the position of Associate Pastor at Victory where he teaches and coordinates the weekly healing service and membership classes, and oversees the Pastoral Care, First Impressions, Adult Education and Marriage Resources ministries. Pastor Craig has been serving as both the Director and an instructor of Victory Bible Institute since 2006.

Dr. Phillip G. Richards attended Lee College as a Church Music Major. In 1975, he began his full-time ministry as Associate Pastor. After graduating from RHEMA Bible Training Center in 1978, he continued to serve the Lord as an Associate Pastor, Pastor, Evangelist, and Teacher during the years that followed. Dr. Richards received his B.A. and M.A. in Theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida. He continued his education with Life Christian University where he received his Ph.D. in Theology in 2003.
Dr. Richards has taught numerous classes in four of the more than 120 extension campuses of Life Christian University since 1999, while also ministering as an itinerant speaker. Presently, Dr. Richards is Associate Pastor at Rivers of Living Water Ministries in Elkins, WV. He also continues to teach as a professor of Theology and serves as a board member for Life Christian University. Dr. Richards joined Victory Bible Institute as an instructor in 2006. |

Pastor Steve Moore is the Executive Pastor of Victory Family Church. Pastor Steve brings to us a varied and wide experience in the service of the Lord. He studied at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi and then went on to study at RHEMA Bible Training Center with his wife Dana. While there, they both worked for Willie George Ministries in Tulsa.
In 1985, Pastor Steve and Dana moved to Rehrersburg , PA where he did important work as the Academic Dean for the Teen Challenge Training Center. In 1989, Pastor Steve accepted the call to pastor Abundant Life Fellowship in Cochran, Georgia, where he met Pastor John and Michelle Nuzzo. In 1992, Pastor Steve and Dana moved back to Tulsa to accept a position with Church on the Move.
In December of 2002, Pastor Steve accepted the position of Executive Pastor at Victory where he is responsible for the day-to-day leadership management and decision making on church policies and ministries. Pastor Steve
holds a Masters in Theology from Life Christian University and
has been an instructor with Victory Bible Institute since its inception in 2006. |

Rev. Larry Bettencourt is the President and Founder of Finishline Ministries. Finishline Ministries (WWW.FINISHLINEMINISTRY.COM) exists to “Strengthen the Local Church” in coaching, equipping and training leaders. Pastor Larry has served in full time ministry for over twenty years in many roles in the local church. Pastor Larry and his wife, Kim, were the first employees of Victory Family Church and came to serve the vision of Pastor John and Michelle Nuzzo from 1994 to 2007. Their key role was Student Ministries Pastor, yet assisted in a number of responsibilities while serving on staff at Victory. Pastor Larry has a Master Degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College, as well as undergraduate Degree in Elementary Education. Larry holds a Degree in Theology from Life Christian University. Pastor Larry has authored the book, Put It Behind Ya , which encourages you to “press toward the high call of Jesus Christ without the past holding you back.” He and his wife live in Zelienople, PA with their four daughters. |

Rev. John Spencer is the Director of Adult Education at Victory Family Church where he is responsible to develop and oversee resources to teach, train, and mature the saints with courses that are ongoing, flexible, and convenient for people to be exposed to the Word of God in a deeper way, resulting in in-depth discipleship. John has received a B.A. in Education from Fairmont State College, a Master's of Science degree from West Virginia University, a diploma from Victory Bible Training in Huntington, West Virginia, and a B.A. and Master's degree in Theology from Life Christian University in Tampa, Florida. He has taught on the high school, college, and graduate school levels. John also served on the Board of Directors for Victory Family Church for several years.
Pastor John Spencer and his wife Kathy pioneered a church located in New Martinsville, West Virginia in 1988. John served as interim Senior Pastor for the first year of the church and as Youth Pastor for 6 years following. In 1995, John and Kathy moved to Cranberry Township as a result of accepting a promotional position with PPG Industries in Pittsburgh, PA, where he worked in the environmental, safety, and health field, servicing facilities on a global basis for 21 years.
As a member of Victory, Pastor John Spencer has volunteered and worked in many ministries operating within the church including Prayer Partners, Ushers, Greeters, Spiritual Personal Trainers, New Member Outreach, SALT (Senior adults 55 and over), and substitute teacher for the Victory weekly Healing Services. He became an instructor with Victory Bible Institute in 2009. |
