Equipping individuals to proclaim the life-transforming power of God's Word is the primary vision of Victory's Bible Institute Program. Victory Bible Institute has contracted with Life Christian Bible Institute, a non-credit affiliate of Life Christian University in Florida, to prepare some of the operational and curricular materials. This program has revolutionized the way in which individuals are prepared for ministry. With this unique program, we are able to keep tuition costs reasonable so that the students can concentrate on the work of the ministry.

Victory Bible Institute is structured into two paths of instruction:

1. Audit Program or general learning — allows students to attend classes and receive class material, without taking final class exams.
2. Certified Instruction — allows students to take classes, including final exams, and work toward a Certificate of Completion.

Student achievement will be recognized at a yearly graduation exercise where students receive a Certificate of Completion for each program that they complete. Victory Bible Institute is designed with everyone in mind, those who feel they have a call on their life for full-time ministry, and those who desire to further their Christian education and develop a deeper walk with God.

In an era of internet schools that rely solely on tapes and online lectures, Victory Bible Institute believes in utilizing live instructors. We believe that there are spiritual impartations which take place during personal instruction, as students sit under the anointing of gifted teachers, which they may otherwise not receive.
