Pastor Craig DeBower is Associate Pastor of Victory Family Church and has been serving as the Director of Victory Bible Institute since 2006. Pastor Craig came to Victory after years of experience in both ministry and management. Pastor Craig served in senior management and held positions as CEO of several electric utilities prior to answering the call of God on his life. In 1995 Pastor Craig formed Craig DeBower Ministries and he and his wife began to travel and minister in conjunction with continuing his management and business responsibilities until coming on staff at Victory Family Church in 2004.

Pastor Craig attended Oral Roberts University and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, attended RHEMA Bible Training Center , and holds a Masters Degree from Life Christian University , Tampa , Florida . He is continuing his education and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Theology. For five years, he also served part-time as an adjunct instructor at West Virginia Christian University .

Pastor Craig is a leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for empowering people through the Word of God which will cause them to be over-comers in this life; whether in the market place, their marriage, their family, or their ministry. It is his desire that through the teachings of the Word of God and real-life situations, students will develop from within. God needs individuals with a sense of purpose, destiny and vision who will earnestly seek after Him and are willing to develop God's character and integrity - two qualities vital to leadership.
