Victory Bible Institute has the philosophy that quality spiritual training of an individual for service to the Lord Jesus Christ should not leave that individual with an oppressive financial debt. Our approach is to provide the most affordable, quality spiritual training that we can as a ministry to the Lord and to His servants. Only one course is held per month. This allows the student to focus on only one course and it also allows a student to begin any given month, not just in September.

Upon enrollment, each student must pay the one-time, non-refundable application fee which includes the annual administrative fee for start-up materials such as the outline binder, academic calendar, Student Handbook, etc. Once a student has received their student ID number, payment for courses, and CD albums may be paid on-line via the individual's credit card.

Please note: A certificate student must attend all classes, read the text book, take exams, and write any required papers in order to earn their certificate of completion for a year of study. Our audit program is mainly for those who desire spiritual growth, do not wish to take exams or write papers, and/or do not have a high school diploma (or the equivalent) which is required to enter the certificate program. In order for audit students to receive their award of attendance, they must simply attend the classes (or listen to recordings of missed classes), read the book(s), and be actively involved in helps ministry for their Ministry Practicum requirements.  Both certificate and audit students will walk in the regular annual graduation ceremony in a gown and receive their certificate of award of attendance.

*Payable in nine installments, September through May, one week prior to the beginning of that month's class. Each payment includes tuition, syllabus, and primary textbooks for each course.

** This includes the $35 non-refundable, one-time initial application fee and the $15 annual administrative fee which are due upon submission of the Student Application and the signed affidavit showing the applicant has read the Student Handbook.

***An audit student may upgrade to the certificate program at any time by paying the additional $50.00 course tuition fee and completing the applicable course exams.
